Timeframe:

Returns may be accepted within 5 days of receiving your order on applicable items.

Condition:

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were sent, including being inside the original undamaged packaging and accompanied by any certifications or documentation (if applicable). Items that do not fit these condition terms will be subject to adjustments in the return value or refused altogether.

Exclusions:

Please note that bullion items are non-returnable, and sales are final. We will, however, buy them back at a fair market value. Erie Gold and Silver is not responsible for monetary loss of value due to changes in the market value.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact us at info@eriegoldandsilver.com within the 5-day return window.

• Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

• Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Erie Gold and Silver.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. Note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or other inaccuracies, Erie Gold and Silver reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.
